Peter is a fully licensed and insured New York State home inspector and member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).  

He brings >35 years of hands-on experience in home buying, home selling, home improvement, home design and home construction for many homes in Westchester including Scarsdale, Hartsdale and White Plains. In a prior career, Peter was a pharmaceutical industry commercial leader and knows the importance of adhering to standards and regulations, accurate data collection and insight generation, and providing clear, concise, actionable reports.

Additionally, Peter brings extensive home inspection field experience including training and collaboration with Jeff Molloy of Check Mark Services LLC,  a leading Westchester County, New York home inspector for more than 25 years and a Certified Master Inspector (CMI).
